
Berg-Hansen needed a modern website that would better communicate their services and strengthen customer engagement. The previous website had an outdated design and offered limited inspiration for users exploring travel options.
The company wanted to shift the experience toward a more inspiration-driven portal, encouraging users to discover travel possibilities while still providing clear access to practical information about services.
The portal primarily targeted business travel customers (B2B), while also supporting private users interested in leisure travel.
In addition, Berg-Hansen wanted to introduce a gift card ordering system, which did not previously exist. The goal was to allow users to configure and purchase multiple gift cards with different designs, values, and delivery methods within a single order.
